About the Role

Aharada Education, in collaboration with IIMT University, Meerut, is looking for a passionate and qualified Assistant Professor – Aerospace Engineering to join the academic team.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a practical approach to teaching. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering quality classroom instruction, conducting laboratory sessions, mentoring students, and supporting academic and industry-oriented activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Aerospace Engineering.
- Teach subjects related to Aerodynamics, Aircraft Structures, Flight Mechanics, Propulsion, Aerospace Materials, Aircraft Design, Avionics, and related areas.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and other academic resources.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments, projects, workshops, and practical activities.
- Guide students in academic projects, research activities, competitions, and technical events.
- Integrate real-world aerospace applications, case studies, simulations, and industry practices into teaching.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment, and student performance reports.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
- Support seminars, workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, and other department activities.
- Collaborate with industry professionals and academic institutions for student development initiatives.
- Contribute to research, publications, consultancy, and other academic activities.




- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of core Aerospace Engineering concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and laboratory-based teaching.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant academic/industry experience may apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of aerospace design and analysis tools such as ANSYS, CATIA, SolidWorks, MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Knowledge of aircraft design, UAV/drone technology, simulation, or aerospace manufacturing.
- Research and technical publication experience.
- Ability to develop industry-oriented projects and practical learning activities.
- Strong mentoring and student engagement skills.
