Apna Mech is looking for an energetic and responsible Calling & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle customer calling, lead follow-ups, sales support, and basic coordination related to two-wheeler services and spare parts.

Experience

0–3 Years in telecalling, sales, customer support, automobile, spare parts, or a related field.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and business leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Explain Apna Mech's two-wheeler service, repair, and spare parts offerings.
- Generate and convert sales leads through calling.
- Handle enquiries related to spare parts and services.
- Assist in spare-parts sales and customer order coordination.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the workshop/service team when required.
- Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling and sales targets.
- Share daily calling and sales reports with the management.

Preferred Skills





- Good Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close leads.
- Automobile/two-wheeler knowledge will be an added advantage.
