About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp/chat, and email. The role involves resolving customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience from query to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Manage customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, products, payments, refunds, subscriptions, and other service-related issues.
- Follow up on pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Operations, Delivery, Finance, Quality, and other relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure proper follow-up until closure.




- Identify recurring customer complaints and share feedback with the management team.
- Support customer retention and contribute towards improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a customer-first approach while handling day-to-day queries and complaints.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling calls as well as written communication.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage customer issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and customer support tools.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
