About the Role

MedArch is looking for a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise our construction and project-related site activities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on-site, coordinating contractors and workers, monitoring work progress and ensuring that projects are completed with good quality and within the planned schedule.

Freshers with a Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, interior and other site works.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and service providers.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion.
- Check workmanship and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor materials delivered to the site and coordinate material requirements.
- Take measurements and maintain basic site records and documentation.
- Prepare regular progress updates for management.
- Identify site issues,



delays and quality concerns and report them promptly.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and project consultants when required.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping and basic safety practices.
- Travel between MedArch project sites as required.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, measurements and drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and workers professionally.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work at project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
