Operations Executive – Investment Management Firm

Location: Narayani house, Hill road, Ramnagar, Nagpur

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Additional Benefits: Annual performance bonus and salary increment based on performance

Job Description

We are looking for a sincere, presentable and motivated candidate to support the day-to-day operations of a investment management firm.

The candidate will assist with client communication, maintaining investment records, coordinating with banks and investment platforms, preparing basic reports, resolving operational queries and supporting general office administration.

This role is suitable for someone who has strong English communication skills, understands basic mathematics and accounting, and is willing to learn investment-related processes and software.





Required Skills

- Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of accounting and mathematics.
- Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using email and basic computer applications.
- Ability to learn recent software, systems and processes.
- Presentable, organised and professional in dealing with clients.

Training

Training will be provided for investment-related processes, technical functions and software. Candidates with excellent English communication skills, basic accounting knowledge and a strong Advanced Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
