Assist the Baker/Chef in daily bakery production and preparation. Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and production requirements. Assist in making bread, buns, pastries, cakes, cookies and other bakery products. Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the bakery kitchen and equipment. Handle baking tools, mixers, ovens and other bakery equipment safely. Support dough preparation, shaping, proofing and baking processes. Check the quality, freshness and appearance of bakery products. Store ingredients properly and monitor stock levels. Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards. Assist with packing, labelling and displaying finished bakery products. Keep the work area clean and organized during and after production. Work closely with Bakers, Chefs and other kitchen staff to complete daily production on time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
