Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand promotion for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving project visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing performance across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Lead digital, offline, branding, media, and promotional activities.
- Drive quality lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors, media partners, and internal teams.
- Plan and execute project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the Sales Head and management to achieve business targets.
- Build and strengthen the company's/project's brand presence in the market.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, preferably at a managerial/head level.
- Strong experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Project Marketing.
- Proven expertise in both Digital & Offline Marketing.
- Solid understanding of lead generation, branding, customer acquisition, and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Candidates from established Real Estate Developers / Property Groups will be preferred.
