- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, or in-person communication.
- Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate information and assistance.
- Explain products, services, pricing, procedures, and policies clearly.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
- Process customer orders, requests, registrations, or service-related requirements when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, orders, and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹26,500.00 - ₹56,700.00 per month
