Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Finance Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding financial products/services.
- Explain finance products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain proper call records.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, finance, banking, or sales will be an advantage.
