About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong hiring in Edtech experience. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and understand the talent requirements of real estate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Who Can Apply?

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate-closing skills.




- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates currently working with competitor EdTech companies are highly preferred.
