Job Summary We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in testing web-based e-commerce applications. The candidate will be responsible for validating functionality, usability, integrations, APIs, databases, and end-to-end business workflows. Key Responsibilities ● Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. ● Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test reports. ● Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, system, UI, and compatibility testing. ● Test user registration, login, product catalog, search, filters, sorting, product details and variants. ● Test pricing, inventory, cart, checkout, address, shipping, payment, orders, cancellation and returns. ● Perform API testing using Postman and validate request/response data. ● Perform database validation using SQL queries. ● Verify integrations with payment, shipping, email, and other third-party services. ● Log,



track, retest, and close defects using JIRA or similar tools. ● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, BA/PO and other QA members. ● Perform cross-browser and responsive testing. ● Support release testing and production verification. ● Develop or maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools where applicable. Required Skills ● Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC and STLC. ● Test case and test scenario design. ● Defect life cycle and defect reporting. ● Functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration and system testing. ● Good understanding of e-commerce workflows. ● API testing with Postman; GET, POST, PUT/PATCH, DELETE and HTTP status codes. ● SQL and database testing: SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, ORDER BY and COUNT. ● JIRA or equivalent defect-management tools. ● Agile/Scrum methodology. ● Browser Developer Tools and basic Git knowledge. Preferred Skills ● Automation testing with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. ● JavaScript basics. ● Jenkins and CI/CD concepts. ● Docker and cloud-workplace basics. ● Basic performance and security testing concepts.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
