- Assess the training needs of individuals and organizations
- Design and develop training programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
- Conduct workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, and presentations
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor trainee performance and response to training
- Provide feedback to program participants and management
- Ensure adherence to established training procedures and guidelines
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
- Revise and refine training content as needed
Responsibilities

- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Deliver training courses and workshops to employees
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results
