About the Role

Siebener Automation and Solution is hiring an experienced SPM Machine Designer to join our engineering team in Kochi. You will design special purpose machines and automation systems for our clients, working end-to-end from concept to final drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Design SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and automation fixtures using SolidWorks
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, assembly layouts, and BOMs for mechanical systems
- Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective
- Review and modify designs based on client requirements and feedback
- Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies




- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety norms

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SPM / automation machine design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of GD&T;, mechanical assemblies, and manufacturing processes
- Prior experience in the SPM/automation industry preferred
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
