Customer Support Executive – Ovum Hospitals

Job Responsibilities

- Handle patient and customer queries through calls and direct interactions.
- Assist patients and attendants with information regarding appointments, departments, doctors, services, and hospital procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient/customer concerns promptly.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with front office, billing, insurance, nursing, and other departments whenever required.
- Make follow-up calls and collect feedback regarding patient experience.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for patients and attendants.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / customer service,



preferably from a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi/local language will be an added advantage.
- Should be polite, patient, empathetic, and confident while interacting with patients.
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
