JOB OPENING: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

HI TECH is looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart and other online marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage daily operations of all marketplace seller accounts
- Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords and images
- Handle inventory, pricing, offers and stock updates
- Process orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and claims
- Monitor account health, performance notifications and policy compliance
- Resolve suppressed, inactive and blocked listings
- Create and manage marketplace advertising campaigns
- Analyse sales, advertising costs and product performance
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, settlement and inventory reports
- Reconcile payments, commissions, deductions and marketplace settlements
- Communicate with marketplace support teams to resolve account issues




- Improve product visibility, conversion rate and overall sales
- Coordinate with the packing, accounts and design teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other seller panels
- Experience in product listing, order processing and inventory management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords and marketplace advertising
- Ability to analyse reports and solve account-related issues
- Valuable written communication and attention to detail
- Previous e-commerce account-management experience is preferred
