Skills / Experience (mandatory)

- 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5+ years of experience in building partnerships with ISV, SI, Hypersc alers.
- Should have a good understanding of software technology landscape.
- Should demonstrate sound understanding of the overall IT services business.
- Experience of working cross-functional teams in a global delivery model
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, persistent, collaborative, and cooperative attitude

Job / role description

- Identify and onboard new partners that align with our markets
- Participate in Strategy and GTM approach across current partners (ISV, Hyperscalers, Specialized)
- Participate in joint account planning to identify new opportunities (Partner-led and Partner-supported)
- Implement channel sales strategies around Partner resell, up-sell, co-sell
- Track, monitor pipeline and engage with sales,



practice teams on all channel sales related opportunities
- Drive incremental revenue growth and meet sales targets via channel rebates, discounts available via resell
