Role Overview
We are looking for a confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain our services, and follow up with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Generate leads through telecalling.
- Explain company services clearly to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain call records and lead information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Good Tamil and English communication skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
