Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and help deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams.
- Assist in creating user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Participate in project discussions, meetings, and status updates.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.




- Track project requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of flowcharts, wireframes, and process mapping.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
