CTC: ₹6 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify recent business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and challenges.

Present and pitch suitable solutions to prospective clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Business Development,



B2B Sales, or a similar role.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Experience in digital marketing, branding, web development, IT services, SaaS, or related industries is preferred.

Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Ability to interact confidently with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.

Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
