Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Interaction Designer to create intuitive, scalable and visually

engaging product experiences across mobile, web and desktop. The role will primarily focus on

product UX/UI while also contributing to interaction design, micro-interactions, visual assets and

selected marketing/communication experiences.

Role Overview

You will work on complex trading, investment and financial journeys, translating business and

product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.

The role requires a strong understanding of how users interact with financial products, along with

the ability to create polished visual experiences and collaborate closely with Product, Technology

and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI & Product Design

 Design user flows, wireframes,



prototypes and high-fidelity UI for Shoonya.

 Design experiences across mobile, web and desktop.

 Work on complex trading, investment and financial journeys.

 Design comprehensive product states including loading, empty, success, error,

confirmation, alerts and edge cases.

 Identify usability issues and recommend practical UX improvements.

 Follow and contribute to the Shoonya Design System.

 Maintain consistency across product journeys and digital touchpoints.

 Prepare accurate, developer-ready Figma files and specifications.

Interaction & Prototyping

 Create interactive prototypes for complex user journeys.

 Design micro-interactions and interaction concepts that improve usability and engagement.

 Support animation requirements using Rive, Lottie and After Effects.

 Collaborate with developers to ensure designs and interactions are implemented accurately

and performantly.

UX Research & Improvement

 Conduct competitor and industry research, particularly across fintech, trading and

investment products.

 Analyse user feedback and identify opportunities to improve product journeys.

 Support UX audits, usability testing and data-driven UX improvements.

 Stay updated on emerging fintech, product design and interaction-design trends.

Visual & Brand Design

 Create/support illustrations, icons, product banners and promotional creatives.

 Support website, social media and campaign design requirements.

 Contribute to onboarding graphics and marketing communication assets.

 Maintain Shoonya’s visual language across product and digital touchpoints.
