Job Summary

GoForSys Technologies is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in graphic design, professional video editing, social media content creation, motion graphics, and AI-generated visual content.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, videos, reels, advertisements, promotional content, and other digital creative assets. The role also requires hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to refine AI-generated content to make it look realistic, natural, and professionally produced.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, banners, and other business requirements.
- Design engaging social media posts, promotional creatives, marketing materials, and digital advertisements.
- Edit professional-quality reels, promotional videos, advertisements, corporate videos, and other social media content.
- Create and edit short-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Work with AI-generated images, videos, and visual assets and improve them to achieve realistic and professional results.
- Identify and correct common issues in AI-generated content, including unnatural movements, visuals, transitions, expressions, and overall presentation.
- Add professional transitions, motion graphics, text animations, visual effects, sound effects, music, subtitles, and other elements to videos.
- Develop creative concepts and convert ideas into visually appealing designs and videos.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colors, typography, layouts,



and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand creative requirements and deliver content within deadlines.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously.
- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback while maintaining creative quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, social media content, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required SkillsGraphic Design

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy

Video Editing

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut
- Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and sound

AI Creative Tools

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- Runway
- Kling AI
- Google Veo
- Sora
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Other AI image and video generation tools

Requirements

- 2–5 years of skilled experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.
- Hands-on experience creating social media creatives and video content.
- Experience working with AI-generated images, videos, or other creative content.
- Ability to enhance AI-generated content and make it look realistic, natural, and production-ready.




- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates must have a Portfolio/Showreel to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a digital marketing, IT, SaaS, technology, or creative environment.
- Experience creating content specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Experience using AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently develop concepts.

We are looking for someone who is not limited to basic graphic designing or video editing but can take a creative requirement from concept to final output.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both traditional creative tools and modern AI-powered tools and should have a strong eye for detail, realism, creativity, and professional presentation.
