Job Description – Doctor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Conversion

- Provide consultations to clients regarding clinic services and treatments.
- Explain treatment benefits, procedures, processes, and expected outcomes.
- Understand client concerns and guide them toward suitable treatment plans.
- Convert potential clients into confirmed bookings or treatment plans.

2. Performing Procedures

- Perform required procedures and treatments as per clinic protocols and standards.
- Ensure proper safety, hygiene, and professionalism during all procedures.

3. Follow-up with Non-Converted Clients

- Conduct the first follow-up call with clients who do not convert during their initial consultation.
- Address concerns, provide additional information, and encourage clients to proceed with suitable treatments.

4. Client Review & Concern Calls

- Follow up with clients before and after procedures to review their experience and progress.
- Monitor recovery and provide appropriate guidance regarding post-procedure care.
- Address client concerns and provide reassurance and support.

5. Client Hospitality





- Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism throughout the client’s clinic journey.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, cared for, and reassured.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and attentiveness while interacting with clients.

6. Maintaining Client Records

- Keep client records complete and up to date, including personal details, consultation notes, treatment plans, and progress.
- Ensure all required documentation is properly completed and filed.
- Obtain client signatures on required consent forms.
- Maintain records securely and ensure they are easily accessible when required.

- Medical qualification as applicable to the role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and consultation skills.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient approach.
- Ability to explain treatments clearly and confidently.
- Willingness to handle both clinical procedures and client consultations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
