We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Billing & Payments Specialist to manage billing operations, payment profiles, invoices, and financial reconciliation for our company's Google Ads accounts.

Responsibilities

- Manage Google Ads billing and payment operations for company advertising accounts.
- Monitor invoices, payments, billing cycles, and account balances.
- Review and reconcile Google Ads charges and invoices against financial records.
- Maintain accurate billing and payment information within company systems.
- Coordinate with Finance and Paid Media teams on billing-related matters.
- Help resolve payment failures, invoice discrepancies, and billing-related account issues.
- Maintain accurate records and handle billing information securely.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads billing, payments, or paid media finance operations.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads billing, invoice processes, and payment profiles.




- Experience managing billing operations for multiple Google Ads accounts is preferred.
- Experience with invoice reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting high-spend advertising accounts is a strong advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
