Floor Coordinator cum Patient Coordinator

Location: Rohini, Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years | Healthcare/Clinic experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth patient movement.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, OT, reception, and other departments.
- Greet and guide patients throughout their clinic journey.
- Manage appointments, waiting time, and patient flow.
- Ensure patients are informed about procedures, consultations, and next steps.
- Coordinate pre- and post-procedure requirements.
- Maintain patient records, forms, and necessary documentation.
- Address basic patient queries and escalate complaints when required.
- Ensure clinic hygiene, discipline, and SOP compliance.




- Monitor patient experience and coordinate with the team for timely service delivery.
- Support the Clinic Manager in daily operational activities.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional approach.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical workplace.
- Healthcare/clinic/hospital experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
