- Job Summary: Oversees the complete commercial life-cycle of projects, including client/subcontractor contract administration, client billing verification, variation estimation, payment realization, and financial yield tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vet, review, and negotiate master client contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase contracts, and risk-allocation terms during project onboarding.
- Supervise the preparation, verification, and timely submission of monthly Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and measurement records (JMR).
- Track certification of submitted bills by client project managers and proactively drive payment collection to prevent project cash-flow bottlenecks.
- Identify, document, price, and submit commercial claims for site scope variations, design alterations, delay compensations, and extra works.
- Manage subcontractor work certifications, review subcontractor payment bills, and reconcile site material consumption reports.




- Maintain cost control budgets, track project profit margins, draft cash flow forecasts, and manage contractual dispute resolutions or arbitrations if required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), Commercial Law, or Finance.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of direct managerial experience in contracts, quantity surveying, and commercial billing within real estate, construction, or sub-contracting industries.
- Technical Skills: FIDIC/Standard contract conditions expertise, quantity surveying, financial reporting, MS Excel, dispute resolution, high-stakes negotiation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
