We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining CNC machines and related electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues.
- Perform repair, maintenance, installation, and servicing of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot CNC controls, drives, motors, PLCs, sensors, and electrical panels.
- Identify faulty components and coordinate for replacement/repair.
- Conduct machine testing and ensure machines are operational after repair.
- Maintain service reports, repair records, and machine history.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for technical issues.
- Follow safety procedures while working on machines and electrical systems.
- Support machine inspection and refurbishment activities at the warehouse.




- Travel to customer locations when required for installation, troubleshooting, or service.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in CNC machine repair/service.
- Good knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar.
- Knowledge of PLC, drives, motors, sensors, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred

Experience with CNC machining centers, lathes, VMC/HMC, turning machines, and machine refurbishment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
