Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Burger Chef for a new food and beverage concept in Dehradun.

The candidate must have hands-on experience working with a burger brand, premium QSR or burger-focused restaurant. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality burgers and maintaining taste, quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare smashed, grilled and fried-chicken burgers
- Prepare and handle burger patties correctly
- Make burger sauces, fillings and accompaniments
- Handle breading, frying, grilling and burger assembly
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain consistent taste and presentation
- Check the quality of meat, vegetables, buns and other ingredients
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards
- Control food wastage and manage stock
- Assist with menu trials and new-product development
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure timely preparation during busy service hours





Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience with a burger brand, QSR or burger-focused restaurant is required
- Good knowledge of burger patties, sauces, breading and assembly
- Experience with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian burgers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Willingness to relocate to Dehradun
- Candidates from Uttarakhand will be preferred
