About the Company:

We are hiring candidates on behalf of a well-established industrial manufacturing organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives across its manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the CISO in driving the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and

execution

- Manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations across infrastructure, cloud,

endpoint, network, and applications

- Coordinate with MSSP / SOC, OEMs, implementation partners, auditors, and

internal IT teams

- Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and cyber threats
- Lead vulnerability assessments, VAPT remediation tracking, hardening, and

security reviews

- Drive implementation and management of tools such as SIEM/SOAR,

EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, DLP, email security, web security, and backup security

- Support compliance initiatives including ISO 27001, TISAX, customer audits,

and internal security governance

- Conduct risk assessments and improve security posture across enterprise

and plant environments

- Assist in developing cybersecurity policies, standards, awareness programs,

and incident response processes

- Work closely with infrastructure,



application, cloud, and OT teams to ensure

secure deployments

Profile

- 4–6 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Robust understanding of network security, endpoint security, IAM, cloud

security, vulnerability management, and SOC operations

- Experience coordinating with external security partners and technology

vendors

- Comfortable working independently and driving closure across teams
- Exposure to manufacturing / automotive / industrial environments is preferred
- Certifications such as CEH, Security+, ISO 27001, SC-200, CISSP (preferred

but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
