Key Responsibilities

- Build Relationships: Establish, maintain, and strengthen trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Client Retention: Track customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to reduce client churn.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point to resolve customer complaints or technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Understand client business needs and proactively suggest relevant products or services to increase revenue.
- Feedback Collection: Gather regular feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to improve our offerings.
- Onboarding: Guide recent clients through the onboarding process to ensur
- e smooth adoption of our services.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience:



[X] years of proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and profiles in our CRM software.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Attributes: Highly empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
