Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to manage and oversee non-voice legal due diligence processes. The candidate will be responsible for team management, SLA adherence, quality control, and client coordination to ensure smooth and effective operations.

- Lead non-voice legal due diligence operations and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity targets
- Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders/Floor Supervisors/Associates
- Review operational performance through MIS and dashboards
- Manage client communication and operational escalations
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency




- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Training and QC team

Mandatory Key Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations management
- Proven leadership with experience in managing large teams
- Good knowledge of legal due diligence processes and documentation, with exposure to Real Estate / Land & Property Laws
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
