- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and office staff.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and work progress.
- Check the quality of construction work and materials used.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Identify site issues and report them to the management/engineer.
- Coordinate and complete assigned work within the planned schedule.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in construction is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic construction works and materials.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites.
- Freshers with basic construction knowledge may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
