Role Objective

To ensure consistent product quality by checking every batch before dispatch and preventing defective products from reaching customers.

This role reports directly to Top Management.

Key Responsibilities

In-Process Quality Check

- Check weight variation (
- Check baking color and texture
- Check breakage level
- Check moisture consistency
- Verify recipe adherence

Final Product Inspection

- Check packaging seal integrity
- Check batch coding accuracy
- Random finished goods inspection before dispatch

Batch Documentation

Maintain easy records:

- Batch QC Sheet
- Daily Deviation Log
- Complaint Register

Complaint Tracking

- Record customer complaints
- Identify root cause
- Report to Founder
- Ensure corrective action

Authority

QC Inspector has authority to:

✔ Stop dispatch of defective batch




✔ Escalate issues directly to management
✔ Demand rework if required

Candidate Profile

Minimum:

- 12th pass / Diploma/ Graduate
- Basic understanding of food hygiene

Preferred:

- 1–3 years’ experience in bakery / FMCG / food factory

Personality:

- Detail oriented
- Not afraid to speak up
- Strict and disciplined
- Honest

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
