Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the Purified Water (PW) generation and distribution system.
- Operate equipment such as RO, DM/EDI, UV, ozone system, storage tanks and circulation pumps as applicable.
- Monitor pressure, flow, temperature, conductivity and other system parameters.
- Ensure continuous circulation of PW and maintain the required operating conditions.
- Perform routine equipment inspection, operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper logbooks, checklists and utility records as per SOP.
- Follow GMP, safety and hygiene requirements while operating the system.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Production and QA/QC teams for any abnormalities or water-quality-related issues.
- Report equipment breakdowns, alarms, leakage or abnormal parameters to the supervisor.
- Support preventive maintenance, sanitization and cleaning activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the utility/PW plant area.




- Follow all company SOPs and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of PW plant and RO system operation.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, pipelines and utility equipment.
- Ability to understand operating parameters and identify abnormalities.
- Basic documentation and logbook-maintenance skills.
- Willingness to work in shift duty.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
