Job Title: Student Counsellor
Location: Aundh, Pune
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Salary: Based on experience and interview

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Consultancy Counsellor to guide and support students in selecting suitable academic programs, colleges, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, managing admissions-related processes, maintaining relationships with students and parents, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students regarding academic programs, career paths, and admission opportunities.
2. Provide accurate information about universities, colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
3.



Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
4. Guide students on documentation, application submissions, scholarships, and visa procedures (if applicable).
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and meetings.
6. Maintain and update student databases, records, and inquiry reports.
7. Coordinate with universities/institutions for admission updates and application status.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
9. Participate in seminars, educational fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
10. Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction throughout the counseling process.

Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal abilities.
3. Good presentation and relationship-management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.

Eligibility:
1. 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or student consultancy.
2. Freshers with robust communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
