Job Description

Shiv Jyoti Convent School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Mathematics Teacher (PRT Maths) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make mathematics engaging and enjoyable for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to primary classes in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
- Assess students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics as a subject.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
