Cyptrix RCM is hiring experienced Medical Coders for a Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) project.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of medical coding experience.

- Previous experience working on Anthem / Elevance Health projects is mandatory.

- Prior Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) experience is required.

- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.

- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical documentation.

- Ability to review medical records and accurately identify reportable diagnoses.

- Ability to meet project-specific quality and productivity targets.

- CPC / CRC certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and clinical documentation.

- Identify and accurately code supported diagnoses.

- Follow project and payer-specific coding guidelines.

- Ensure accurate and complete diagnosis capture.

- Maintain required quality and productivity standards.

- Participate in QA reviews and implement feedback.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and data-security standards.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on Anthem / Elevance Health Medicaid Risk Adjustment experience will be given priority.





Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
