Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Plant/Factory HR Operations
- Employee Engagement
- Workforce Coordination & HR Administration
Ideal Candidate:
1) Hands-on experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR, strong employee-handling skills and ability to independently manage HR operations.
2) Qualification: Bachelor/MBA in HR or relevant field.
3) 4-6 yrs of experience working with manufacturing Industry or as Plant HR
