We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor cum Project Coordinator with around 2 years of experience in the construction field to support project costing,material planning, budgeting, and day-to-day project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and assist with quantity-related activities.
- Support material planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for projects.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Execution Team for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on material requirements and ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Handle internal and external project communication and coordinate project-related tasks as required.
- Maintain necessary project records, updates, and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth coordination and completion of assigned project activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,



Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Around 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimation/Project Coordination in the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, material planning, budgeting, and project coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work with Project Managers and Procurement teams.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with practical construction/project experience and positive coordination skills.
