Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Ocean import operations and customer service.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify import shipping documents such as BL, invoice, packing list, shipping bill, checklist,BOE etc.
- Manage Import documentation and operational activities.
- Ensure timely filing and customs compliance for import shipments.
- Follow up with customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status and document requirements.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Handle freight quotations and support customer service activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Manifest BL based on requirements & splitting of hbl when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
