Purchase Executive

We are looking for a smart, hardworking and responsible Purchase Executive who can manage day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination and timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities as per department requirements.
- Source and identify suitable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper purchase records.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, Accounts and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and other required items.
- Follow up with vendors for order status and timely delivery.
- Monitor pending purchase orders and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and related documents.
- Check material quality, quantity and specifications in coordination with the concerned department.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and coordinate for replacements/shortages where required.
- Prepare purchase reports and MIS for management.




- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase / Procurement.
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
- Strong vendor handling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of local market and supplier sourcing.
- Should be hardworking, proactive and good at follow-up.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email and purchase documentation.
- ERP/SAP experience will be preferred.
- Candidate with market purchasing experience and robust vendor contacts will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
