Education: BE / B.Tech (IT / Electronics / Computer)
Preference: Local candidates with fluency in English

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT-related services.
- Support the deployment and setup of current hardware and software systems.
- Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.




- Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues.

Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications.
- Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage.

Required Skills
-Basic understanding of engineering concepts and industrial practices.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
