Admission Executive – Kottayam

Role Overview
As an Admission Executive at our Kottayam branch, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents. You will drive enrollments by delivering personalized course counseling, managing the full admission lifecycle, and actively representing Xylem Learning across regional promotional events.

Responsibilities:

- Counseling & Lead Conversion: Guide prospective students and parents on suitable courses, programs, and career pathways through walk-ins, phone calls, and email communications. Diligently follow up on inbound and outbound leads to achieve individual monthly enrollment targets.
- Admission Operations & Onboarding: Handhold applicants through registration, documentation, fee processing, and query resolution. Partner with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Local Outreach & Events: Coordinate and actively participate in admission drives, school visits, seminars, and promotional campaigns across Kottayam and neighboring regions to boost brand presence.




- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date lead records in the CRM system and generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission performance reports.
- Brand Ambassadorship & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the central marketing team on local lead generation initiatives. Maintain thorough knowledge of Xylem Learning’s evolving program offerings, policies, and admission standards.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive counseling skills.
- Proven ability to meet enrollment targets and handle sales inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools.
- Robust interpersonal skills to build trust with parents and students in the region.
- High level of integrity, customer-centric attitude, and strict adherence to data privacy standards.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
