Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Estimation & Costing Preparation of detailed quantity take-off from drawings. Preparation of cost estimates, BOQ and rate analysis. Verification of extra / non-tendered items and preparation of rate claims.

2. Tendering & ProcurementFloating enquiries to sub-contractors / suppliers and comparative statement preparation.Negotiation with vendors and finalization with management approval.Preparation of Work Orders and Purchase Orders.

3. Billing & CertificationPreparation of Client RA Bills as per site measurement.Checking and certification of Sub-contractor / Labour contractor bills.Reconciliation of certified bills with work done.

4. Measurement & DocumentationTaking joint measurements with Client / PMC and maintaining Measurement Books (MB).Maintaining records of drawings, deviations, and site instructions.Preparation of as-built quantities and final bill.

5. Budgeting & Cost ControlPreparation of project budget and cash flow.Monitoring project cost vs.



budget and reporting cost overrun.Controlling wastage and material cost.

6. Material ManagementPreparation of material requirement schedule.Preparation of Cement, Steel & other material reconciliation statements.Coordination with store for stock verification.

7. Contract ManagementStudy of contract conditions and ensuring compliance.Preparation of correspondence for extra claims, delay, and escalation.Maintaining all contractual records.

8. ReportingDaily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of work progress, billing status, and cost to Project Manager.Coordination with Planning Engineer for progress monitoring.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
