Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group yoga sessions.
- Teach yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques.
- Create customized yoga routines based on clients’ fitness levels and goals.
- Ensure correct posture, alignment, and safe practice during sessions.
- Motivate clients and encourage consistent participation.
- Monitor clients’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming setting during yoga sessions.
- Follow proper safety and hygiene standards.
- Stay updated with modern yoga techniques and wellness practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
