Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming raw materials, components, consumables, and other items.
- Verify materials against PO, invoice, delivery challan, and quantity.
- Conduct physical inspection and coordinate with Quality/concerned departments for discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and bin management.
- Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized requests.
- Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, issue slips, transfer notes, and inventory documentation.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain 5S, cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling in the store.




- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics for material-related activities.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excesses.
- Support ERP/SAP/Tally or other inventory-system entries and maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and store-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
