Job Summary

Tyka Sports is looking for a skilled and responsible E-Commerce Incharge to manage and oversee our day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, product listings, orders, inventory, sales performance, and customer queries.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across our online sales channels and helping the company achieve its e-commerce sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce Department.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory on online marketplaces and the company’s website.
- Handle incoming online orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams.
- Track sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery and shipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of online sales, inventory, and orders.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor product ratings, reviews, and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.




- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, orders, and marketplace performance.
- Ensure all product information and pricing are updated accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations preferred.
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of product listing, order processing, inventory management, and returns.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the garment, sportswear, apparel, or footwear industry will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be responsible, organized, and target-oriented.
