Zyro Logistics is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, billing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries and transactions

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Maintain customer and vendor accounts

- Handle AWB and shipment-related billing

- Verify invoices, bills, and payment records

- Reconcile bank, customer, and vendor accounts

- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required

- Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory accounting

- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with the operations team

- Prepare regular accounts and outstanding reports

Requirements

- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience

- Experience in logistics, courier,



or freight forwarding is preferred

- Good knowledge of Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel

- Knowledge of GST and TDS

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Positive understanding of billing and accounting processes
