To design, develop and launch current Rating products. Rating products are risk assessment products which involve assessment of commercial entities based on Financial, Industry, Management, Operational, Reputational etc parameters. Work closely with various stakeholders within and outside the company and examine competitive landscape thereby formulating Rubix’s rating product proposition. Rubix’s rating product should be acceptable to target segments. Responsibilities  Understanding the need for a particular Rating Product  Gather a comprehensive understanding of different Rating frameworks used in the domain including competitor frameworks, Rating Agency Frameworks, Frameworks used in Banks, Frameworks used by regulators (if any) or Frameworks used in academic literature  Develop Rubix’s own Rating Framework. This includes risk factors, scoring scenarios, weighting schema, rating scale  Develop live test cases of companies and fine tune Rubix’s Rating Framework  Develop Sample Rating Report which can be shared with Sales,



Clients  Develop product collateral like product demos, product note, FAQs etc for use by Sales  Conduct periodic training for Sales and Operations  Personally carry out rating assignments for initial set of rating mandates in order to finetune the model, set up rating processes and hand over the same to designated operations Requirements  Master’s degree in business/finance or any related field.  Worked on developing rating models, rating notes, rating rationale  Excellent financial knowledge and credit risk analysis  Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.  Strong communication skills.  Ambitious and Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.  Excellent time management skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
