Job Summary We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Video Editing Executive to manage our online marketing and lead generation campaigns. Our business operates across heavy machinery/industrial scrap trading (B2B) and real estate flat promotions (B2C).The ideal candidate must be able to handle core digital marketing tools while independently filming and editing promotional video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Creation & Editing: Shoot and edit site walkthroughs for flats and operational videos for used conveyor belt, machinery/scrap. Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Lead Generation: Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (SEM) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified leads.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our business presence on LinkedIn (for B2B clients) and Instagram/Facebook (for property buyers).
- SEO & Content:



Optimize local SEO to rank our inventory online and write clear ad copies, property descriptions, and listing details.
- Analytics: Track daily campaign performance using Google Analytics to improve lead quality and optimize the ad budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Video Editing: Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN Editor, or similar tools).
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (to coordinate with site teams).
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
