- Graduate in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B. Tech)/ Diploma in / Electrical/
Minimum Experience
- 9 + years of experience in civil works in retail/real estate industry with atleast 4 years of experience in the area of in office experience
Special Skills/Attributes
(required for performing the job effectively)
- Sound Knowledge of installation, maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting equipment’s and systems related to electrical
- Knowledge of establishing and running IBMS
